Aerials & Satellite
Aerial repairs across Morley and Leeds, usually inside a day.
Most reception faults are the aerial, the fixings, or the cable where it enters the house. Rarely the television. We find out which before anything is charged for.
What we get called out for
- 01 It pixelates when it is windyThe aerial is moving, or a connection has worked loose. Wind pushes an already-marginal signal below what the television needs.
- 02 No signal, all of a suddenEither the signal stopped arriving or the set lost its channel list. A retune costs nothing and sometimes that is the whole fix.
- 03 It went after the stormWind moves aerials. A few degrees off and the signal drops; a bad gust shears a bracket. Do not go up after it.

Everything from a single aerial to a whole distributed system.
- TV aerial installation and replacement
- Aerial repairs and realignment
- Replacing old or wrongly grouped aerials
- FM and DAB radio aerials
- Freeview and Freesat
- Sky, Sky+ and Sky HD
- European satellite
- Communal installations in flats and apartments
New build or old stock, the survey is the same.
What changes is the roof, the fixing, and where the signal is coming from. Most of Leeds and West Yorkshire is fed by the transmitter at Emley Moor, about nine miles south of Morley. It is the same free call-out in Churwell, Gildersome, Tingley and Birstall.

How the visit works
You know the price before anything starts.
- Free call-out and free advice, whether you book us or not.
- A member of the Confederation of Aerial Industries since 1998, and a CAI approved installer.
- We ring when we are about half an hour away.
- We measure the signal rather than guess at it.
- A price before work begins. Nothing starts until you say so.
- Every television on the aerial is tested and tuned in before we leave.
- Right first time is the aim. If something we fitted is not right, we come back.
- Twelve-month workmanship guarantee.
“There are a lot of cowboys about in this game but I can assure anyone that Dean is not one of those, he bent over backwards to sort me out in an area where the signal was not very good…”
Paul Gaunt
The aerial is the hardware. Freeview is what comes down it.
Most of the aerials we fit are feeding Freeview, and most of the dishes are feeding Freesat or Sky. Freeview and Freesat are both free to watch: you pay for the equipment and the fitting, and there is nothing monthly behind either of them.
A TV Licence is a separate matter and is still required by law for live television. We would rather say that here than let anyone find out afterwards. Which of the two suits your house depends on what actually reaches it, and we measure that before we advise.
Tell us what the television is doing.
The call-out is free and so is the advice, including when the advice is that you do not need us. You get a price before anything starts.
